this week feels like cinnamon rolls fresh out of the oven, hot cocoa with extra marshmallows ☕️🍫, and endless criminal minds rewatches 🕵🏽‍♀️. it also feels like finally locking in!! we're decluttering, organizing, and reminding ourselves that letting go makes space for better things.

i've taken the time declutter my closet, donated what I don’t need anymore, and let it find a new home. Fall just feels like the perfect time to wander into my local thrift store and pick up something that deserves another chance. it’s that sweet balance of clearing out and cozying up.

the past couple of weeks were a bit chaotic. my monthly cycle tried to take me out but i was stronger, then my stomach wouldn’t stop acting up, but i pushed through anyway. not in an “overachieve at all costs” way more like, soft persistence. i didn’t move as fast as before, but i still showed up and made small progress toward my goals. and that’s enough. sometimes that’s even better.

what’s been making me proud is how consistent i’ve been in the gym lately. i’ve fallen in love with movement again, specifically thanks to pilates. the way it connects mind, body, and breath has been such an anchor for me. i feel stronger, calmer, and more grounded in my body than i have in a long time. it’s not just exercise anymore it feels like medicine for my body <3

consistency doesn’t have to mean intensity. sometimes it’s softer, slower, and rooted in presence. when you move with intention. whether it’s pilates, breathwork, or even a gentle walk you remind yourself that progress isn’t about speed. it’s about showing up with love for your body and trusting the process.
